Open Question: I’m lookin for weight loss! 15-20 pounds?

I run on the tredmill for a total of about 30 minutes at an incline of 7 the whole time:
5.5 mph-1 min
6mph-2 min
7mph-1 min
6.5mph-2 min
7.5mph-1 min
7mph- 2 min
8mph- 1 min
7.5mph- 2 min
8.5mph- 1 min
7.5-2 min
9 mph- 1 min
7mph- 2min
8mph- 1 min
9mph-1 min
then for 9 minutes I run at about 6.5-7.5 pace the whole time then sprint at 9mph for 1 min, then cool down at 5.5
also I have swim practice for about 1hr 45min
in the run I usually do about 3.5 miles and burn around 600 calories
I did not run today because I ran 7 miles yesterday, but still had swim practice because its 5x a week
If I get more veggies and fruits, but still am able to eat some sweet stuff(not soda or juice) like sweets in the morning instead of night so I burn it off, how long will it take me to lose my 15-20 pounds?
